Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IT Recruiter with strong technical understanding and proven experience in end-to-end IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for technical roles across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle for IT and technical positions.
- Source candidates through , LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
- Must Have strong pool of the candidates.
- Evaluate candidates' technical skills and match them with job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
- Ensure timely closures of assigned positions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of technical skills, roles, and terminologies (e.g., Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
- Proficiency with sourcing tools: Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
