About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle for technical and IT positions, ensuring we attract, evaluate, and hire the best talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles (developers, engineers, analysts, project managers, etc.)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs.
  • Source and attract candidates using job portals, social media, professional networks (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.), and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and manage candidate communications.
  • Maintain and update recruitment reports and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding of selected candidates.
  • Stay up to date with the latest hiring trends and technologies in IT recruitment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, IT, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency).
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets (e.g., Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, etc.).
  • Proven experience sourcing and hiring candidates through various channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Naukri RMS, Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, etc.) preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple positions simultaneously
