D2C Ecommerce was founded in April 2022 by Manish Gupta, an industry veteran with over 15+ years of experience.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant and Business Development Intern located in Noida. The Founder's Office Intern will assist in day-to-day tasks related to supporting the founder, coordinating internal communications, handling administrative tasks, and participating in special projects as needed. Responsibilities will include research, assisting with operations, assisting the Founder in strategic initiatives and coordinating projects, and supporting the founder in various tasks. This role will be a high learning role with exposure to multiple business functions including Business Development and Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, Legal, Public Relations, Project Management etc. within the founder's office. The duration of Internship will be 6 months and is work from office. The role will require travel along with Founder once or twice a month on company expenses.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in administrative support or office management is a plus
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Management, or related field

Additional Skills will be an added advantage

1. Experience with retail-specific software solutions, such as POS systems, inventory management, or e-commerce platforms.

2. Designing and Implementing Standard Operating Procedures, Defining steps for each activity at granular level.

3. Learning and Development - Conducting Training Sessions for functional staff.

This is a full-time role with 6 months on the job training with a fixed stipend as well as performance-based bonus. The Fixed Stipend during
first 3 Months
during on-the-job training will be
INR 10,000 per month,
with an additional Performance Bonus monthly.
After completion of first 3 months, the stipend will be revised for high performing Interns.

After 6 months of on-the-job training, the high performing Intern will get a PPO, and the role will convert into a full-time job with a high ESOPs plan, at the position of Sr. Associate in different functions.

CTC - 6 LPA (4.5 LPA in Salary + 1.5 LPA in ESOPs)

Fixed - 60%

Variable - 40%, paid quarterly

ESOPs - INR 6 Lacs
with 4 Years Quarterly vesting, and 1 year cliff, thereby INR 1.5 Lacs per year)

Candidates who will show extra-ordinary level of accountability, based on Performance, will be given full-time role as Team Lead - Founder's Office, post successful completion of on-the-job training.

CTC - 8 LPA (5 LPA in Salary + 3 LPA in ESOPs)

Fixed - 60%

Variable - 40%, paid quarterly

ESOPs - INR 12 Lacs
with 4 Years Quarterly vesting, and 1 year cliff, thereby INR 3 Lacs per year)

Candidates who will show extra-ordinary level of Ownership, adaptability and accountability, based on Performance, will be given full-time role as Assistant Manager - Executive Assistant to CEO, post successful completion of on-the-job training.

CTC - 10 LPA (6 LPA in Salary + 4 LPA in ESOPs)

Fixed - 60%

Variable - 40%, paid quarterly

ESOPs - INR 16 Lacs
with 4 Years Quarterly vesting, and 1 year cliff, thereby INR 3 Lacs per year)
