
Admin- Executive Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle day-to-day coordination for senior team members
- Book travel tickets, accommodations, and manage complete travel itineraries
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes and timelines for project materials.
- Take costing for various materials and services as per project requirements
- Maintain records of vendors, pricing, and contracts
- Support internal operations, office logistics, and team coordination
**-**Serve as a communication bridge between teams, clients, and external vendors
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in an Admin, EA, or Office Coordinator role
- Proven experience as Admin/EA or Office Manager
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace, Zoho.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
