About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
    Executive Assistant / Founder's Office Executive
    to work closely with the Founder. This role combines executive assistance, strategic support, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, fast learner, and capable of handling high-impact tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Executive Support

  • Manage the Founder's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and logistics.
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and documentation with promptness and confidentiality.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, briefs, and follow-up notes.

2. Founder's Office Operations

  • Act as a primary link between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely execution of tasks assigned by the Founder and track progress across teams.
  • Support strategic initiatives, research, presentations, and business reviews.

3. Project & Coordination

  • Drive cross-functional alignment for key projects and ensure timelines are met.
  • Assist in data gathering, analysis, and creation of reports & dashboards.
  • Support onboarding of new projects and initiatives coming under the Founder's office.

4. Communication & Documentation

  • Draft professional communication, reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Maintain organized documentation and ensure timely availability of information.

5. Confidentiality & Professionalism

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Represent the Founder's office with maturity, professionalism, and a high degree of reliability.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree
    (MBA/PGDM or equivalent preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience
    as an Executive Assistant, Business Analyst, Founder's Office Associate, or similar roles.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or consulting environment is a plus.

  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort with numbers.

  • Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
