Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Founder's Office at Ayuscholar Education Pvt Ltd located in Noida. The role involves supporting the founder in day-to-day activities, managing communications, coordinating between different departments, conducting research, analyzing data, and helping in strategic planning and decision making. The candidate will also be responsible for scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in research, data analysis, and strategic planning
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Administrative skills and experience in coordinating between departments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in the education sector or related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
