Role: Founder's Office Intern / Trainee
Office location & work mode: Sector 62, Noida | Remote, must live within 1-hour travel distance from Sector 62, Noida for weekly meetings/events
Duration: 6 months | 6 days/week | 10am – 7pm (Extended shifts as per business requirements)
Fixed stipend: ₹12,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on profile fit)
Variable pay: 30% of quarterly net profit will be allocated for team distribution, shared as per individual attendance ratio during that quarter.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Founder's Office Intern / Trainee to work closely with the Founder in managing daily operations and strategic initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure to a fast-paced people solutions business, understanding how we partner with clients, manage talent projects, and mentor professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the Founder in daily operations and business execution.
· Support client engagements across People & Workplace Consulting, RPO, and project-based talent solutions.
· Assist in talent acquisition initiatives, including freelance project placements and end-to-end recruitment support.
· Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal teams and client interactions.
· Track projects, follow-ups, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
· Support career coaching and mentorship initiatives, including candidate interactions, mock sessions, and guidance materials.
· Contribute to business development, marketing, and operational initiatives as needed.
Who We're Looking For:
· Freshers or recent graduates with a strong interest in HR, recruitment, consulting, or business operations.
· Curious, proactive, and willing to learn end-to-end business operations.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Comfortable working in a dynamic, startup environment with multiple responsibilities.
· Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
