About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Founder's Office Intern / Trainee to work closely with the Founder in managing daily operations and strategic initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure to a fast-paced people solutions business, understanding how we partner with clients, manage talent projects, and mentor professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Founder in daily operations and business execution.
  • Support client engagements across People & Workplace Consulting, RPO, and project-based talent solutions.
  • Help coordinate talent acquisition, freelance project placements, and recruitment processes.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal teams and client interactions.
  • Track projects, follow-ups, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support career coaching and mentorship initiatives, including candidate interactions, mock sessions, and guidance materials.
  • Contribute to business development, marketing, and operational initiatives as needed.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Freshers or recent graduates with a strong interest in HR, recruitment, consulting, or business operations.
  • Curious, proactive, and willing to learn end-to-end business operations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, startup environment with multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
