We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Founders Office team. This role involves supporting the founders across multiple areas, from research and data analysis to project execution and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis & Research: Conduct secondary research, analyze industry trends, and create reports to support decision-making.

2. B2B Communication: Assist in crafting and managing professional communication with external stakeholders, including emails and presentations.

3. Content Creation: Design visually appealing presentations and social media content using tools like Canva.

4. AI Tools Utilization: Leverage at least 4-5 AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.

5. Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and timely execution of projects.

6. Event Support: Plan and organize meetings, webinars, and other events involving the founders.

7. BD Outreach: Support in business development activities by identifying opportunities, creating outreach materials, and following up with prospects.

8. Special Projects: Assist in special initiatives for the Founders Office

9. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. 0-1 year of relevant experience in data analysis, research, or administrative roles.

2. Proficiency in using Canva and other design tools.

3. Familiarity with AI-powered tools and technology.

4. Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor.

5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

6. Proactive problem solver with a collaborative mindset.
