We are looking for a
Founder's Office – Strategy & Operations
hire to work directly with the founding team. This is a highly cross-functional role covering finance, legal, operations, and go-to-market. It is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex business problems, and wants to help shape the foundation of a fast-moving early-stage company.
Responsibilities
- Partner with founders to drive key business initiatives across finance, operations, legal, and GTM.
- Maintain financial models, burn rate, and funding readiness dashboards.
- Coordinate with external partners including legal, accounting, and vendors.
- Support investor and customer presentations, data rooms, and due diligence processes.
- Build internal workflows, processes, and documentation using Notion.
- Track GTM performance, CRM data quality, and early customer onboarding metrics.
- Conduct research and analysis to support product and GTM strategy.
- Lead or support special projects and strategic experiments as assigned by founders.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in business operations, consulting, finance, or a similar startup generalist role.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and presentation tools.
- Familiarity with startup finance, contracts, or compliance processes.
- High ownership, ability to multitask, and comfort operating with limited structure.
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, LLMs, Teams.
