The Founder's Office Executive & EA will work closely with the Founder/CEO, acting as a strategic, operational, and administrative partner. This role blends

Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Assistant Responsibilities

  • Manage Founder's calendar, meetings, travel, and priorities
  • Act as gatekeeper for emails, calls, and meeting requests
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, briefs, and meeting notes
  • Track follow-ups, deadlines, and action items from meetings
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Founder

Founder's Office Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic and operational projects directly from the Founder's office
  • Work on cross-functional initiatives (strategy, ops, hiring, partnerships, fundraising support, etc.)
  • Monitor business metrics, prepare dashboards, and generate insights
  • Support investor, board, and leadership communications
  • Conduct research, competitor analysis, and market intelligence
  • Ensure alignment and execution of Founder-led priorities across teams
  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively suggest solutions
