About the Role:

As a
Founder's Office Executive / Executive Assistant
, you will act as the right hand to the Founder, supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations. This role blends high-level executive support with hands-on involvement in business execution, cross-functional coordination, and project management. It is ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organized, discreet, and eager to learn the inner workings of a fast-paced startup or growing business.

Key Responsibilities:Executive Assistance:

  • Manage and maintain the Founder's calendar – meetings, travel, appointments, and personal obligations.
  • Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the Founder (emails, messages, follow-ups).
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and track action items.
  • Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.

Founder's Office & Strategic Support:

  • Serve as a thought partner and execution arm to the Founder on special projects and high-priority initiatives.
  • Conduct research and provide briefings or summaries to aid decision-making.
  • Liaise with internal teams to follow up on key deliverables and ensure timelines are met.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation.
  • Act as a bridge between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.

Operations & Project Management:

  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure alignment between departments.
  • Track OKRs, KPIs, and critical goals related to the Founder's office or strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in vendor management, contract follow-ups, and invoice processing when required.

Culture & Internal Communication:

  • Help drive internal communication from the Founder to the wider team.
  • Support team engagement activities, events, and culture-building efforts.
  • Act as an ambassador of the Founder's vision and leadership style across the organization.
