Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a professional to join the Founder's Office. The role involves supporting strategic initiatives, driving business efficiencies, conducting market research, managing key projects, and facilitating communication between various teams and stakeholders. You will work closely with leadership to execute high-priority tasks, analyze business opportunities, and contribute significantly to the company's growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities to support business and operational decision-making.
  • Competence in project management, business operations, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Capability for conducting in-depth market research and synthesizing insights into actionable strategies.
  • Self-motivated and able to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or equivalent productivity tools.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Previous experience in consulting, startups, or strategic roles is highly desirable.
