We are hiring a Sr. HR Executive to join our dynamic team at Aeternum, a B2B events management company dealing in future-tech events. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, recruiting top-tier talent, and fostering career growth within the organization.
Job Description
As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for attracting and recruiting the best talent in the industry, cultivating a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture, and guiding employee career development. You will work closely with leadership and department heads to ensure the right people are in place to drive Aeternum's success in the events industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attract Top Talent: Identify, seek out, and recruit the best professionals to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in building a high-performing workforce.
- Cultivate Culture: Shape and maintain a vibrant, inclusive, and dynamic workplace that encourages innovation, collaboration, and growth.
- Elevate Careers: Create opportunities for employee development, offering transformative mentorships and career advancement paths to help staff thrive.
- Onboarding, Induction & Employee Engagement: Oversee the onboarding process and implement initiatives that foster employee engagement and retention.
- HR Operations: Manage core HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Talent Management: Partner with department leads to identify future hiring needs and support strategic workforce planning.
- Event Industry Experience (Preferred): Leverage industry knowledge to align recruitment strategies with the unique needs of the events sector.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or a similar role. Prior experience in the events industry is a plus.
- Recruitment Expertise: Proven track record in attracting and retaining top talent, with excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Workplace Culture Builder: Passion for creating a positive, inclusive, and innovative work environment.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees, management, and potential recruits.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple HR tasks, from recruitment to employee relations, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Fluent in English: Strong command of written and spoken English.
