Founded by a 24-years experienced HR veteran (ex-LinkedIn, Oracle, Flipkart, Yahoo), we provide a unique solution: the 24/7 AI/Human coaching platform (Liya.Ai) combined with the physical self-care toolkit (KOACH BOX). We are a small, highly ambitious team looking for someone ready to build our pipeline from the ground up.

What You'll Own: Building the Growth Engine

This is an entrepreneurial role where you will be instrumental in designing and executing the strategies that bring Liya.Ai to enterprise customers. You will have full ownership over the initial contact and qualification phase of our sales cycle.

  • Pipeline Creation: Be the primary engine responsible for identifying, qualifying, and engaging People Leaders (HR Heads, CHROs, Founders) at mid-to-large-sized corporations across India.
  • Strategic Outreach: Design and deploy highly personalized, multi-channel communication strategies (focusing heavily on LinkedIn Social Selling and targeted email) to convert cold interest into booked, qualified discovery meetings.
  • Narrative Design: Work closely with the Founder to refine the core value proposition and create high-impact, short-form content that resonates with CXO-level audiences (posts about retention, compliance, and ROI, leveraging proprietary data and success case studies).
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep research on target accounts to understand their specific wellness pain points, customizing your pitch to speak directly to their business needs and budgetary cycles.
  • Process Improvement: Help select, implement, and optimize the sales tools and processes (CRM, outreach sequences) that will scale our lead generation efforts as we grow.

Who You Are?

  • Experience: 1–2 years in a Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or similar client-facing role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Communication: You are an exceptional writer and communicator who can distill complex ideas (like the Hybrid EAP model) into concise, persuasive, and professional messaging for senior executives.
  • Drive & Resilience: You are highly motivated, comfortable operating with autonomy, and understand that sales development requires persistence and a positive attitude.
  • Curiosity: You enjoy research, understanding organizational structures, and finding the perfect, data-driven angle to start a conversation.
  • Mission-Alignment: A genuine passion for mental health, organizational effectiveness, and using technology to drive positive change.
