Job Title: Senior Business Development / Customer Relationship Leader Pharma (Finished Formulations & PCD Franchise) - National Sales Head
About the Role
We are a growing pharmaceutical group in finished formulations and branded medicines (PCD Pharma). We are looking for proven senior professionals with strong networks to expand our presence in Telangana, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala or all over India depending on type of customer.
Preferred candidate profile
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new PCD franchises/distributors in the assigned territory.
- Develop exclusive tie-ups with nursing homes & hospitals on monopoly basis.
- Leverage personal networks & qualified leads to establish long-term business partnerships.
- Execute territory expansion plans, ensuring consistent primary sales growth.
- Act as a trusted relationship manager for key stakeholders, ensuring franchise profitability.
Who Should Apply
- Senior Pharma Professionals: Business Development Heads, Zonal Managers, Regional Managers, CRM Leaders.
- 10+ years of track record in finished formulations / branded medicines (PCD Pharma preferred).
- Possess strong distributor, nursing home & hospital connections in South India.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: open to both leadership role or franchise ownership opportunity.
