Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to support our growth across the Northern region of India. The ideal candidate will possess strong domain knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, encompassing both public and private sectors, and demonstrate a proven track record in proposal development, strategic partnerships, and client relationship management. Responsibilities - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector, particularly in Northern India. - Engage with hospitals, healthcare institutions, government bodies, and development partners to build strategic alliances. - Prepare and submit high-quality technical and financial proposals, concept notes, and project reports. - Conduct market research and sectoral analysis to inform business development strategy. - Support the preparation of budgets, work plans, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. - Liaise with cross-functional teams, including project, finance, and operations, to ensure proposal alignment. - Represent Integra Ventures at industry forums, client meetings, and field visits. - Maintain an updated pipeline of leads and track progress through CRM tools. Requirements - Graduate/BBA/MHA/MBA in Hospital or Healthcare Management. - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development or consulting within the healthcare sector. - In-depth understanding of healthcare systems, policies, and stakeholder landscape in both public and private domains. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in proposal writing and client presentations. - Strong budgeting, analytical, and interpersonal skills. - Ability and willingness to travel extensively across Northern India. - Candidates from Northern India will be given preference.
