JOB DESCRIPTION Business Development Manager OUR PRESENCE - Australia JOB LOCATION - 1114, JMD Megapolis, Sec 48, Sohna Road, Gurgaon 122001 India JOB TYPE - Full Time SHIFT TIMING - 3 am -12 Noon ( IST) THE ROLE We're currently seeking a dynamic and driven Business DevelopmentManager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for the design/building industry and aspire to advance their career in International Sales. As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in revenue generation, focusing on expanding sales verticals and fostering relationships with both new and existing customers. SKILLS REQUIRED Minimum of 10 years of experience in Products/Solutions sales. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Goal-oriented and innovative mindset. Strong team leadership and motivation abilities. Astute decision-making and problem-solving skills. Proficient understanding of supply chain and operations. Proven track record of successful business generation, with a target and revenue-driven approach. Experience working with Australian customers is advantageous. Possession of a strong ethical compass. Ability to listen, evaluate, and articulate top-tier solutions without compromising integrity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Play a crucial role in the Business Development team, leading efforts to drive sales and revenue growth while building strong relationships with Australian customers. Develop business development plans for identified opportunities aligned with Stone Depot's strategic direction. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on both existing customer accounts and prospects. Collaborate with the marketing team to define effective marketing strategies. Ensure consistent revenue performance in line with budgetary expectations and performance metrics. Provide accurate and timely forecasting, including risk and opportunity analysis. Maintain precise and timely data in HubSpot related to all sales activities. Present regular business reviews to senior management, detailing progress and addressing roadblocks to closing high-value projects. Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams for product delivery and demand execution. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closure. Identify marketing opportunities through customer requirements, competitor analysis, and business projections. Develop quotes and proposals for clients. Train personnel and assist team members in skill development. Manage the CRM system, ensuring all contacts and deal flows are up to date. Conduct regular Sales Reviews individually and with the team.
