Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, creating marketing strategies, negotiating contracts, and driving sales growth. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, and representing the company at industry events and meetings. Qualifications - Business Development and Client Relationship Management skills - Should have atleast 1 year experience in sales - Marketing Strategy and Sales Growth experience - Contract Negotiation and Deal Closing skills - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Experience in the digital marketing or technology industry preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Having experience in CPASS required
