Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Mumbai. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks that include engaging with customers to address their inquiries, resolving issues, processing sales transactions, and offering product recommendations. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with customers and resolving their issues
  • Sales experience with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Customer service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and empathy
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work well within a team
  • Previous experience in the Gems & Jewellery industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Fluency in English language is a must
