Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Customer Service Representative located in Mumbai. The representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving service-related issues effectively. Core responsibilities include supporting clients throughout the logistics process, addressing service requests promptly, communicating updates to customers, and maintaining accurate documentation. This role requires a proactive, solution-oriented approach to handle clients' needs and contribute to excellent customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and building strong client relationships
- Ability to handle inquiries, provide solutions, and maintain a high standard of service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in time management, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with logistics or ISO tank operations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred
