Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Navi Mumbai. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional support, resolving issues efficiently, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The role involves daily communication with customers to ensure a positive experience, timely problem resolution, and maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring excellent Customer Satisfaction
  • Familiarity with Customer Experience and processes that promote exceptional client interactions
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and adapt to dynamic situations
  • Experience in a similar role or customer-facing position is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is beneficial
  • Proactiveness, attention to detail, and dedication to delivering high-quality service
