About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently and effectively. This is a remote position based in India, requiring you to work during US shift hours. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships with our valued clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving aptitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions. Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Proactively identify and address potential customer concerns to prevent future issues.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores, response times, and resolution rates.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must be available to work US shift hours (2 PM – 10 PM IST)
This is a full-time remote position based in India, requiring availability to work during US shift hours.
