Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with 3+ years of experience in the education/training sector. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, handle a sales team, and oversee the entire business development process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Team handling experience
  • Lead and manage a team of business development executives and counselors
  • Set targets, monitor team performance, and provide guidance for improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and corporate client
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute lead generation and promotional campaign

Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to management.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in team handling and leadership
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Knowledge of the education/training industry
  • Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
