
B2B Sales Consultant

Shift Timing: US Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
Notice Period: Immediate to Early Joiners Preferred
Interview Process: Includes Client Interview
Key Responsibilities
- Handle B2B sales for the US market with strong focus on revenue generation.
- Manage outbound & inbound sales calls to drive client acquisition and retention.
- Pitch and sell a wide range of products/services across large catalogs (office, textile, hotel, restaurant, or similar supplies).
- Negotiate terms such as pricing, delivery, and deal closure confidently.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with high engagement standards.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize business potential.
- Guide and support team members (for Team Lead role) to achieve set targets.
Eligibility & Skills Required
- Experience in US B2B sales process is mandatory.
- Background from hospitality / consumables / supplies industry is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation skills with proven closure ability.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with neutral accent.
- Ability to operate in a target-driven and fast-paced sales environment.
- Leadership & team management skills (applicable for Team Lead role).
- Must be comfortable with night shift and working from office (Andheri).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹41,591.43 per month
