Key Responsibilities

  • Handle B2B sales for the US market with strong focus on revenue generation.
  • Manage outbound & inbound sales calls to drive client acquisition and retention.
  • Pitch and sell a wide range of products/services across large catalogs (office, textile, hotel, restaurant, or similar supplies).
  • Negotiate terms such as pricing, delivery, and deal closure confidently.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with high engagement standards.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize business potential.
  • Guide and support team members (for Team Lead role) to achieve set targets.

Eligibility & Skills Required

  • Experience in US B2B sales process is mandatory.
  • Background from hospitality / consumables / supplies industry is an added advantage.
  • Strong negotiation skills with proven closure ability.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with neutral accent.
  • Ability to operate in a target-driven and fast-paced sales environment.
  • Leadership & team management skills (applicable for Team Lead role).
  • Must be comfortable with night shift and working from office (Andheri).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹41,591.43 per month
