Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Officer, located in Pune. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with account-related questions, guiding customers on banking processes, and ensuring a positive customer experience through timely and accurate support.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and a focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Prior experience in banking or financial services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
