Job Summary:The Business Development Executive/Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the facility management division. This role involves generating leads, preparing proposals, participating in tenders, and ensuring client satisfaction to achieve business targets.

  • Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in facility management services (housekeeping, security, maintenance, landscaping, pest control, etc.).
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, online platforms, and referrals.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and service presentations to clients.
  • Participate in bidding/tendering processes and ensure timely submission of all required documents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, property management firms, and industrial sectors.
  • Coordinate with operations and HR teams to ensure smooth service transition and client onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
  • Follow up on payments and support in contract renewals.
  • Maintain an accurate record of all sales activities and client communications in CRM or reports.
  • Skills & Competencies:Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of facility management services and operations.
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Good understanding of pricing, costing, and contract terms.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the Facility Management industry.
  • Experience in dealing with corporate clients, builders, and institutions is an added advantage.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Number of new clients acquired.
  • Revenue generated and target achievement.
  • Client retention and satisfaction.
  • Tender participation and conversion ratio.
  • Market expansion and brand visibility.
