After the grandeur successful outcome of the primal launch of Golden EbuyZ IT Services and ITES Consultants, and owing to the great response of the customers the company has now launched another subsidiary by the name of Golden EbuyZ Media Arts with the motto of Professionalism with Elegance.

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate specifically into Marketing and Business Development Operations to join our team. The Co-Founder will take the work without much supervision and take company to new heights. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle in a start-up company. He should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. He should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

This role will be instrumental in driving our marketing strategies and overseeing operational activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for working in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Vision: Work closely with the Management to develop and articulate the brand's creative direction, ability to drive strategies, targets and plans into actual concepts that align with the company policy and business objectives.

Creative Leadership: Lead the Operations team in brainstorming, conceptualizing, and executing innovative designs while pushing on achieving the sales targets and driving brand recognition.

Trend Forecasting: Conduct in-depth research on emerging trends, healthy and ethical competition, to identify opportunities for inspiration and differentiation, ensuring that our IT based brand remain relevant and ahead of the curve.

Marketing / Sales Strategy Development: Oversee the end-to-end sales and marketing processes of the company, from planning, keeping into view the timelines and actual implementation ensuring that all the requirements of the clients are met with standards of quality, craftsmanship, and excellence. Demonstrate success in digital marketing strategies for IT & IT Enabled Services organization. Experience in customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle management. Proficiency in data-driven marketing and analytics.

Operational Excellence: Skills in supply chain management and logistics optimization. Experience in market analysis, demand forecasting and inventory management.

Quality Control: Conduct rigorous sales and planning evaluations to ensure major scalability in the IT and ITES market, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to maintain our reputation of the company for excellence.

Leadership and Vision: Mentor and inspire members of the Operations, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment where creativity thrives, talent is nurtured and targets are achieved. Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams. Strategic thinking with a focus on long-term growth and scalability. Entrepreneurial mindset with the resilience to navigate challenges

Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market dynamics, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats, informing strategic decision-making and product development strategies.

Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador for Golden EbuyZ Group of Companies, representing the company at industry events, client meetings, seminars, and other relevant platforms, and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and influencers to amplify our brand presence and out-reach.

Financial Acumen: Understanding of All-round Business financial models and metrics. Experience in fundraising and investor relations. Ability to manage budgets and drive profitability

Additional Skill sets: Additionally, the Co-Founder will contribute to the development of the company's vision, mission, and values, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and pursue new opportunities.

Special Consideration: We strongly encourage applications from individuals who have previously founded or co-founded IT and ITES ventures. Your firsthand experience in building an IT and IT Enabled Services based business from the ground up would be invaluable to our partnership.

KRAs:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and events.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
  • Assist in business development efforts, including identifying potential clients and partners.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Business acumen and strategic thinking, with a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, and product lifecycle management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Compensation: For first few months the candidate should be able to self-sustain, Compensation will be there in the form of equity.
