Job Title: Business Development Associate

Locations: Delhi NCR | Pune | Hyderabad | Bengaluru

Salary: upto 3.6 Lpa

Working Days: 6 Days (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

Job Description

As a Business Development Associate at My STEM Lab, you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with educational institutions, and promoting our innovative STEM programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients including schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through cold calling, networking, and participation in educational events.
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers to understand their needs and provide tailored STEM learning solutions.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Prepare customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system; share periodic reports and market insights.
  • Explore new markets and business opportunities for expanding My STEM Lab's footprint across India.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A passion for education, innovation, and STEM learning.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India for client meetings and events.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
