We're Hiring: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-Time | Target-Based Role

Joining: Immediate Openings Available

Compensation Details

  • Stipend/Salary: ₹15,000/month (based on performance after training & probation)
  • Incentives: Attractive monthly performance-based incentives
  • Training Period: 15 Days (Unpaid) — focused on product knowledge, sales training & process understanding
  • Probation Period: 3 Months

Educational Qualifications

  • Undergraduate / Graduate / Postgraduate
  • Candidates from any stream are welcome (Arts, Commerce, Science, Management, etc.)
  • Freshers & final-year students with strong communication skills can also apply

Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you will play a key role in expanding our client base.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Reaching out to potential customers,
  • Generating and nurturing leads,
  • Closing deals, and
  • Consistently meeting monthly sales targets.

This is a high-growth opportunity for individuals who are self-driven, love to interact with people, and are passionate about sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Achieve or exceed assigned monthly targets
  • Maintain accurate daily sales activity reports in the CRM
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies

  • Confidence in handling client conversations
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
