Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting our services and solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining client relationships, following up on leads, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Associate will work closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure client needs are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in tech or digital solutions
  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a remote work environment is a plus
