IT Sales Executive — Commission-Only (UK Applicants Only)
ELIGIBILITY:

Engagement
- Freelance / Independent Contractor — no employment, pure commission, no base salary, no fixed hours
- You manage your own time, but regular business generation is required (more business = more commission)
What You'll do:
- Source, qualify, and close new business
- Run outreach (calls, email, networking, social)
- Lead discovery, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close
- Maintain a clean pipeline and coordinate a smooth handover to delivery

We are looking for:
- Proven IT/digital sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Excellent communication, discovery, and negotiation skills
- Genuinely interested, proactive, and willing to work
- Professional, responsive, UK-based UK citizen
Commission: (Performance-Based)
- Starts at 10%; consistent, focused partners can earn up to 20%
- Slabs: 10%, 12%, 15%, 18%, 20%
(based on ticket size and how frequently you bring business) - Paid after client invoice payment
