Role Description:

This is a full-time remote position for a Business Sales Executive. The role involves managing and sustaining client accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, and building relationships with potential business partners. Key responsibilities include conducting outreach to prospective customers, developing and implementing sales strategies, and meeting revenue targets. The Business Sales Executive will also collaborate with the marketing and account management teams to support client success and ensure satisfaction. This role requires proactive communication, negotiation, and the ability to drive business development initiatives independently.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Sales and Business Development to identify and close new opportunities, and achieve revenue goals
  • Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills to maintain long-term client relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Exceptional Communication and Negotiation abilities to convey value propositions clearly and persuasively
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration to meet targets
  • Familiarity with digital marketing or marketing strategies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Compensation (Choose ONE plan):

Option A — Commission-Based (Performance Only)

  • 10% commission
     on the 
    net project value
     of every closed deal (pre-tax; excludes refunds/chargebacks).
  • Earning potential up to ₹90,000 per month
     based on closed and collected revenue.
  • Examples:
     Close ₹3,00,000 in projects → ₹30,000 commission. Close ₹9,00,000 in projects → ₹90,000 (monthly cap).
  • No fixed salary under this option; payouts are made monthly after client payment is received.

Option B — Fixed Payout

  • ₹40,000 per month
     fixed payout (paid monthly).
  • Focus on pipeline generation, meetings, and target achievement as assigned.
  • No commission under this option.
