About the role

Drive client acquisition. Your core responsibility is to win and onboard clients. Once a client is active you will receive recurring monthly commission for the lifetime of that account. This role is highly scalable: the more clients you bring, the higher your passive monthly income.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close new clients through calls, email outreach, referrals, and meetings.
  • Negotiate and finalize terms to secure long-term recurring accounts.
  • Ensure smooth client onboarding and handoff to operations or account management.
  • Maintain basic relationship upkeep to retain recurring revenue.

Ideal candidate profile

  • Proven experience in business development, field sales, or account acquisition.
  • Strong hunter mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working on a commission-only compensation model.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
  • Basic CRM or pipeline management experience preferred.
