Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing and driven Senior Sales Manager to lead business development and sales for our EPC and Rooftop Solar verticals. This role is ideal for someone with deep industry experience, strong client relationships, and a passion for renewable energy. Youll be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and expanding company's footprint across India.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Strategy
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for EPC and RESCO models.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and conversion funnel.
Client Engagement & Account Management
- Lead client presentations, site assessments, and proposal development.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence & Partnerships
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with channel partners, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, finance, and project execution teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Provide inputs on product development, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
- Report regularly to Promoters on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
Desired Profile
12–18 years in Solar EPC, Rooftop Solar, or Renewable Energy Sales
Sales Acumen
Proven track record in B2B/B2C solar sales and large-ticket closures
Based in New Delhi; willing to travel across India for client meetings
