
Senior Sales Engineer

Role & responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Sales Engineer to lead and drive Industrial Safety & Gas Detection Solutions sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background (B.Tech) and proven expertise in industrial B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Honeywell Fixed Gas Detectors, Fixed Flame Detectors, Gas Detection Control Panels, and Portable Gas Detectors.
- Identify and engage new business opportunities across Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Pharma, Power Plants, and Infrastructure Projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, system integrators, and end-users.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with client teams.
- Coordinate with internal engineering and service teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Achieve sales targets and provide accurate forecasts and market intelligence to management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Instrumentation/ Electronics.
- Experience: Minimum 4 to 8 years of industrial sales experience, preferably in Gas Detection, Flame Detection, Industrial Safety Equipment, or Process Automation Solutions.
- Strong understanding of Honeywell Analytics products and industrial safety standards is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel across assigned regions.
