The Role
We are looking for a driven
Business Development Associate (Intern)
with exceptional communication skills. Your primary goal is to connect with potential learners and guide them toward our transformational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting:
    Actively look for prospects and potential leads (professionals, job seekers, students) who need help with communication and interviews.
  • Cold Calling & Outreach:
    Call prospective customers, understand their pain points (e.g., interview anxiety, lack of confidence), and introduce Aduffy's solutions.
  • Booking Demos:
    Pitch the value of our counseling sessions and successfully book demos/consultations for our senior counselors.
  • Follow-up:
    Manage a pipeline of leads and ensure they show up for their scheduled demos.
