What we are looking ?

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Role & responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the packaging sector.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to enhance revenue growth.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.

Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies with company goals.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

14 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (experience in the packaging industry, especially paper bags, is a strong advantage).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Have experience in B2B product based businesses.

Experienced in International market and sales.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
