Benni Foods Limited (Uganda) is a part of Dairy ingredient manufacturing company in India having its Regional Office in Gurgaon. We are a prominent producer and exporter of dairy ingredients, boasting over 3 decades of industry experience.
Market Presence:
The company operates three manufacturing plants in India and one in Uganda, catering to both domestic and international markets. International sales account for 60% of the total sales, and they have a strong presence in regions such as Africa, the Middle East, USA and other parts of Asia.
About the Role:
As in Export Sales, you will be responsible for driving international sales efforts and managing key accounts. This includes developing strategies to grow export sales across the globe, with a focus on bulk sales/Institutional sales. You will play a crucial role in maintaining existing client relationships, acquiring new business, and expanding the company's international presence. This position is specially for African market, therefore experience in sales in Africa is a must
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales efforts in international markets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for increasing export sales for our Dairy Ingredients
- Maintain and manage key accounts International
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of export orders.
- Represent the company at global exhibitions and trade shows.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide regular reports to senior management.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Export Bulk Sales preferably in Dairy, Food Products or Agriculture Products.
- Proven experience in managing large accounts and closing significant deals.
- Strong knowledge of export regulations, registrations and export documentation and international trade laws.
- Reasonable communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and exhibitions
