Benni Foods Limited (Uganda) is a part of Dairy ingredient manufacturing company in India having its Regional Office in Gurgaon. We are a prominent producer and exporter of dairy ingredients, boasting over 3 decades of industry experience.
Market Presence:
The company operates three manufacturing plants in India and one in Uganda, catering to both domestic and international markets. International sales account for 60% of the total sales, and they have a strong presence in regions such as Africa, the Middle East, USA and other parts of Asia.
About the Role:
Role: International Bulk Export Sales Manager
As in this role, you will be responsible for driving international sales efforts and managing key accounts. This includes developing strategies to grow export sales across the globe, with a focus on bulk sales/Institutional sales. You will play a crucial role in maintaining existing client relationships, acquiring new business, and expanding the company's international presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales efforts in international markets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for increasing export sales for our Dairy Ingredient
- Maintain and manage key accounts International
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of export orders.
- Represent the company at global exhibitions and trade shows.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide regular reports to senior management.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Export Bulk Sales preferably in Dairy, Food Products or Agriculture Products.
- Proven experience in managing large accounts and closing significant deals.
- Strong knowledge of export regulations, registrations and export documentation and international trade laws.
- Reasonable communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and exhibitions
