Import Export Manager
to handle international trade operations and grow our presence across key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all import/export documentation (LC, BL, Invoice, Packing List).
  • Communicate with overseas clients, agents, and freight forwarders.
  • Coordinate logistics to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
  • Handle compliance with customs and DGFT requirements.
  • Identify and develop new markets in Gulf, African, and European regions.
  • Maintain MIS reports for order tracking and export documentation.
  • Participate in trade fairs and build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in import/export (preferably in construction or building materials).
  • Strong understanding of export procedures, shipping, and trade compliance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience preferred.
