Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager – IT Presales & Solutions, located in Mumbai. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their IT-related needs and requirements, preparing tailored solutions, and delivering compelling presales presentations. The manager will create solution proposals, conduct in-depth solution demonstrations, manage proof-of-concept engagements, and support the sales team during discussions with clients. The role also includes working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Computing, and Managed IT Services
  • Pre-sales expertise with the ability to analyze business requirements and craft tailored solutions
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage client relationships effectively
  • Experience in IT project management or consulting is an added advantage
  • Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or similar qualification is an asset
