We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with strong expertise in pharmaceutical imports and exports. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in international sales, regulatory compliance, and market development within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement international pharma sales strategies, with a focus on the UK and other regulated markets.
  • Build, strengthen, and manage relationships with global distributors, partners, and clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in pharmaceutical trade.
  • Collaborate with regulatory teams to ensure import/export compliance across markets.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and represent the company at industry trade shows and exhibitions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical international sales with a focus on import/export.
  • Strong understanding of global trade, logistics, and compliance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with UK pharmaceutical regulations is preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
