• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy that encompasses digital marketing, PR, brand management, and B2B enterprise-level sales to promote an organization's mission and services.
• Directly engage with key decision-makers in target industries to present our projects as valuable opportunities for corporate social responsibility and environmental sustainability initiatives
• Manage and nurture existing corporate relationships, ensuring continued engagement and support for our projects through effective account management and reporting on the impact of their contributions.
• Spearhead our B2B marketing efforts, targeting corporations for partnerships and sponsorships, leveraging our carbon offset benefits.
• Enhance online presence through SEO, content marketing, social media, and digital campaigns that effectively communicate our impact and projects.
• Lead offline marketing initiatives, including events, partnerships, and community engagements, to raise awareness and support for our projects.
• Manage public relations, crafting compelling narratives around our projects and successes, liaising with the media, and positioning as a leader in the environmental sector.
• Collaborate with our project and environmental teams to market our initiatives accurately and their benefits to ecosystems and communities.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies, adjusting tactics as necessary to achieve goals.
• Oversee the marketing and sales team, setting objectives, and fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and impact. Requirements
• Hands-on experience in target-driven enterprise sales environments, this individual has honed their ability to engage and secure deals with top-tier clients, demonstrating a refined competency in navigating the complex sales cycles associated with large enterprises both within domestic and international markets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills stand out, allowing them to articulate value propositions clearly and align solutions with client needs seamlessly.
• Prior experience in leading both online marketing campaigns and PR initiatives further showcases their versatility and strategic vision in brand promotion is highly desirable.
• Proven experience and skills tailored to fostering significant business growth and nurturing high-value client relationships.
• At least 10 years experience in B2B Enterprise level sales and ability to build relations and drive sales at CxO level
• Proven track record of handling and closing deals with large enterprise clients, both domestically and internationally
