About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Corporate Wellness Manager to lead our health and wellness initiatives for corporate companies and SMEs. This role involves planning, organizing, and conducting wellness camps, health check-ups, and awareness programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for health advocacy, and the ability to achieve set targets while building meaningful relationships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct
    corporate wellness camps
    , health screenings, and awareness sessions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with
    corporate companies, SMEs, and HR/administration teams
    .
  • Organize and deliver
    health awareness programs
    on topics such as preventive care, lifestyle management, stress reduction, and employee wellness.
  • Meet and exceed
    monthly/quarterly targets
    for wellness program outreach and participation.
  • Coordinate with doctors, healthcare professionals, and diagnostic partners for smooth execution of wellness activities.
  • Collect feedback, prepare reports, and present program outcomes to corporate stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at
    corporate events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
    to expand outreach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in healthcare, life sciences, management, or related fields).
  • Prior experience in
    corporate wellness, healthcare marketing, or employee engagement programs
    is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent
    communication, presentation, and people-handling skills
    .
  • Ability to work independently, travel for client meetings/camps, and achieve business targets.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and preventive care.
