Role Description:
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager- Calicut to drive growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer relationship management, with a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities and delivering results. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the aluminium doors and windows market. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including builders, architects, contractors, and industrial clients. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
Qualifications:
- Proven skills in business development and analytical thinking.
- Strong financial skills for budget planning, analysis, and strategy.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Experience in Fenestration industry (Aluminium Doors and Windows)/Building Material / Construction Industry/ Automobile industry is preferred.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience required.
- Bachelor's/ Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
