Key Responsibilities:


•Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities across target markets.

Build and manage a sustainable pipeline of prospects, re-engaging dormant accounts when possible.


•Conduct outreach through calls, emails, social media, networking, and events to generate leads.

Develop new client relationships and generate security leads through cold calls, prospecting, door-to-door sales, and RFPs.


•Act as a consultant to clients, focusing on tailored solutions and long-term partnerships.

Engage with prospective customers via phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person appointments.

Present product/service solutions, address client questions, and handle objections with professionalism.


•Prepare and process proposals, sales documentation, and contracts.

Negotiate terms and support customers throughout the entire sales cycle.


•Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure seamless service delivery.

Maintain accurate CRM records, reports, and sales forecasts.


•Organize and participate in CPDs, lunch & learns, trade shows, and promotional events.

Provide insights, feedback, and market intelligence to enhance lead generation and sales strategy.

Monitor industry trends, emerging markets, and competitor activity to inform business planning.

Represent the company at networking and community events, acting as a brand ambassador.

What We're Looking For:


•2+ years' experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role or similar proven roles.

Proven governance/board support experience with discretion in handling confidential information.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.


•Experience in business development, lead generation, or account management.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a confident, professional presence.


•Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


•Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office, Zoom, Teams, and (CRM experience preferred).


•Organized, results-oriented, and resilient, with a focus on delivering measurable impact.

Proactive and collaborative, with a continuous improvement mindset.


•Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience (service/sales industry an asset).

Valid driver's license; willingness to travel for shows and events.


•Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
