Medinext Global LLC is a U.S.-based, HIPAA-compliant healthcare services company specializing in
Dental & Medical Billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Insurance Verification, Credentialing, and Healthcare IT Consulting
. We help U.S. healthcare providers streamline billing operations, reduce denials, and increase collections.

We are looking for a
Lead Generation Specialist
 to identify and nurture qualified prospects, helping us expand our client base across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

· Research, identify, and qualify potential
U.S. healthcare providers
 (dental and medical practices, clinics, multi-specialty groups).

· Use tools like
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase
, and healthcare directories to build targeted lists.

· Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, webinars) to generate leads.

· Work closely with the
Business Development team
 to hand off warm leads and schedule discovery calls.

· Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the
CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho)
.

· Track key metrics such as open rates, response rates, and conversion ratios; provide regular performance reports.

· Continuously improve scripts, messaging, and targeting based on market feedback.

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience in
lead generation, inside sales, or demand generation
, preferably in
healthcare, BPO/KPO, or IT services
.

· Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare market is a plus.

· Excellent written and verbal
English communication skills
.

· Proficiency with
CRM tools
, email marketing software, and LinkedIn outreach.

· Strong research skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work U.S. shifts (evening/night IST).
