Key Responsibilities:

Research and Identify Prospects:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential target audiences and industries.
  • Utilize various tools and platforms to gather information about potential leads.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential customers.

Outreach and Engagement:

  • Initiate outbound communication with prospects through emails, calls, and social media.
  • Tailor messaging to address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.
  • Nurture relationships with leads through regular follow-ups and engagement activities.

Lead Qualification:

  • Assess the level of interest and potential fit of leads based on established criteria.
  • Qualify leads through effective questioning and information gathering.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

Collaboration with Sales Team:

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand target markets and customer profiles.
  • Provide timely and detailed information about qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Collaborate on strategies to enhance lead conversion rates.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze lead generation performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports on the status of leads, conversion rates, and other key indicators.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing lead generation strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in selling digital marketing and web development services.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
