About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled
AI Automation Specialist
to streamline and enhance our lead generation and digital marketing efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of AI tools, marketing automation platforms, and lead generation strategies to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI-driven solutions for
    automating lead generation
    across multiple channels (email, social media, website, etc.).
  • Integrate and optimize
    CRM systems
    and
    marketing automation tools
    (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Marketo).
  • Use AI platforms like
    ChatGPT, Jasper, , or similar
    to create and manage content for marketing campaigns.
  • Set up and manage
    chatbots, email flows, drip campaigns, and lead scoring
    mechanisms.
  • Analyze marketing funnels and identify areas for automation and optimization.
  • Monitor campaign performance, A/B test strategies, and generate actionable insights from data analytics.
  • Collaborate with sales, content, and design teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and execution.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI tools, marketing tech trends, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in
    digital marketing automation
    and
    AI-based lead generation
    strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like
    Zapier, (Integromat), ChatGPT, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
  • Strong understanding of
    marketing funnels, customer journeys
    , and
    lead nurturing
    strategies.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Excel, Power BI, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media automation.
